Short desciption of the model shipyard Marinetic-Timo Stracke
Manufacturer of exclusive RC-Yachtmodels, yachtmodels
for exhibitions, and yacht assessoires worldwide.
The beginning of Marinetic-Timo Stracke
I, Timo Stracke, the founder of Marinetic, was interested always in model making.
In the year 1979 I began building models of worker-ships, then RC-Airplanes and RC-Helicopters (1985). Followed by RC-Yachts (1993) and models for exhibitions (2000).
The official start of my company was 1997 - the total autonomy began October 1999.
I prescribed myself 100% to the RC-Yachtmodel making. In the year 2000 the shipyard Pershing S.p.A. from Italy produced interest for exhibition models. At the same time the Italian shipyards Azimut and Ferretti came up to me. 2007 - the time of computers, CNC-Machines, 3D-Printer and a bigger workshop - I am ready to capture the market of exhibition and RC-Models.
I collected a lot of experience in my career as whole blood model maker and automobile mechanician (9 years at BMW-Alpina) with materials like wood, plastic material, silicone and metall. So I can well claim: Everything is somehow possible.
The manufacturing of Marinetic
My company is specialized in small series - made in Germany. We also produce unique models and prototypes. 99% of our products are motoryachts (in every scale).
The materials, which are used for the construction of your models are selected because of a longtime experience. This you can see for example at our high-gloss 2-component finishings.
The finish of our models is unique and will produce a 'wow'-effect from every customer.
We are the quality-leading yacht model building company in Germany, because the quality requirements are very high for all models leaving Marinetics production place
